At Handaran, we want everyone to enjoy our food with complete peace of mind. We take allergens seriously and are always happy to talk you through what’s in any of our dishes before you order.
By law, we identify which of the 14 major allergens are present in the food we make. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please always let a member of our team know before ordering — whether in store, by phone, or in the notes on your online order.
Allergen details for individual products are available on request. If in doubt, just ask — we’d always rather check than guess.

Our kitchen is a busy place where we handle nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, sesame and other allergens daily. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.
If you have a severe allergy, please speak to us directly before ordering so we can advise you honestly about the risks for your specific needs.

5Custom & special requests
Planning a celebration or have specific dietary needs? When you order a custom cake or large catering order, tell us about any allergies up front. We’ll do our very best to accommodate you and will be upfront if we can’t safely meet a particular request.
